At first when we boarded the night train we found it cold, hard and uncomfortable and considered upgrading to first class for a private berth, but as the train filled with people, food was served and the beds came down it took on a completely different atmosphere and we were glad we decided to stay put.
We've been keeping individual notes on our travels in the beautiful travel journal given to us by Ing and Jim. We are banned from reading each others scribblings until we get home.
